The man behind it all, Josean Perez founded Solar X Cinema in the summer of 2024. Perez has envisioned Solar X since his final year of college. Having attended and graduated Middle Tennessee State University, Perez set out to bring the Solar X Cinema vision to life. The big goal in his vision is to take Solar X all the way to the film industry and Direct big budget feature films. He credits Film Directors such as Christopher Nolan, Stephen Spielberg, Peter Jackson, and James Cameron as his biggest inspirations. Perez has been passionate about filmmaking since early high school. He aspires to bring the very best in every project at hand, no matter if it’s 5 minutes or 2 hours, excellence is key for Perez. Perez is a Christian and credits God for all the blessings given through the company!
