At the heart of Solar X Cinema is its founder, Josean Perez, who established the company in the summer of 2024. The vision for Solar X Cinema began during his final year at Middle Tennessee State University, where he developed a passion for transforming creative ideas into cinematic storytelling. Following graduation, Perez set out to turn that vision into reality by building a production company dedicated to excellence in filmmaking.

With aspirations of one day bringing Solar X Cinema into the mainstream film industry and directing major feature films, Perez draws inspiration from renowned filmmakers such as Christopher Nolan, Steven Spielberg, Peter Jackson, and James Cameron. His passion for filmmaking began in high school and has continued to grow through years of education, experience, and dedication to the craft.

Whether producing a five-minute promotional video or a feature-length film, Perez is committed to delivering the highest level of quality in every project. Guided by a belief that excellence should define every frame, he continually strives to exceed expectations and create meaningful visual stories.
